Overview
TP-Link's Omada 5-port Gigabit smart switch is a PoE switch built for outdoor and long-run installs. It takes power in on one PoE++ port and passes it out through four PoE+ ports, so one uplink can feed several devices.
The unit suits installers running cameras or access points at distance. Its weatherproof housing and centralised cloud management make it a practical choice for remote sites that need to be managed from one place.
